South America
Over the past decade, we have established and developed relationships and partnerships with numerous South American meat and poultry processors, from the very largest to some of the smaller plants. We have the ability to source beef and chicken from Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile.
More recently, as our range has expanded and diversified, we have begun to source other products from South America such as pork, seafood and ingredients.
Our supplier relationships are maintained through constant contact and regular visits allowing us to keep up-to-date with local and national industry developments regarding producers, products and prices, as well as industry trends and potential threats and opportunities.
Most importantly, we focus on working with only the most professional and hygienic processors.
We have a team of quality controllers that make regular supplier visits and also inspect production and products before they leave the plant in order to ensure that they are of the level of quality that both Agra and our customers demand and deserve.
Our multi-lingual team at Agra are in regular contact with our suppliers, whether by phone, by email or in person. This helps to ensure the correct shipment and delivery of products according to exact specifications and also ensures that our customers' needs and wants are satisfied and exceeded.
